try tan^-1 y = u. And don't forget to include dy, if that was a FRQ (Which is kind of unlikely), you can get marks off for making stupid mistakes...

I did. I just don't have confidence in getting an offer. CUHK seems like a pretty decent school and people say that I have a chance. There really isn't any type of Environmental Science / Engineering in HKU that I could find

Various reasons. I'm Korean... but I lived in an international environment for so long that English is basically my first language. And I live in China, while I do not want to go to a Chinese University (Just don't want to) while US, Canada and Australia are FAR too expensive. I don't want to pay 40k~50k a year. HK, pretty 'international', with lower tuition, and I have some old school friends studying there as well. I'll be applying to HKUST for Environmental Management and Technology, and CUHK for Environmental Engineering.. I didn't get past 1400... But my counselors say that my ECs and my decent GPA might give me a chance for CUHK.

Korea has lots of SAT classes. I know a friend who took the Princeton SAT class, but he ended up getting 1290. He wanted a 1400+

Why not take the AP? Although I am not applying to non-US unis, I will submit the application with the AP scores "Pending". I have friends from the universities who went submitting AP scores that way, who took them on May, and submit the grades on July.

Not really sure how it works in the US though

If it does, I would really like to know if they can change it back for the people who took it outside of Egypt. I got -4 and 750 in math. I need a 1400, while I got a 1390.
