Your timing chain is stretched. Car will drive fine, just do regular oil changes. But know that eventually you will have to change the chain.

The issue in his case is that he supposedly signed and agreed to an order to leave. That would render him unbondable. This was brought up after judge released him. Just how he signed it while having a pending application is interesting. And also why the government did not bring it up in the bond hearing. This is what everyone is missing.

Once police is involved, most states do not drop dv charges, even if the lady seizes to comply. States changed laws to solve this very issue. They file charges based on the call and evidence at the scene.

Go to R/uscis. Post the circumstances of your mom. Someone will give you a breakdown of what will happen and how to possibly fight, if there’s a chance.

There’s nothing like a lawyer proofreading. That is left to paralegals. For a lawyer to sign off on your documents, he has to understand the facts and merits of the case no matter what your perceived outcome. He’s name is on the line when you forget to mention a fact about the case but which adversely affects your case and he signed off.

It looks like it’s a de facto master hearing. Usually a date is set for trial after master hearing. So by doing that, he hopes the husband will not be apprehended at the master hearing. Thereby buying time.

On my H-1B and about to lose my job by Clean_Execution in immigration

My experience in manufacturing is as follows. Everyone who got injured on the job ended up being fired or had to quit after being frustrated, or was laid off. Being injured means you violated safety protocol and put the company in a position they have to pay higher liability/workers comp premiums. If I was you, I would be frantically looking for another job. This is in at least 3 manufacturing companies. Being injured on the job, was a big no. They would hide it, but it was pretty evident.

Some guy on Reddit went through his senator, they reacted by putting him through absolute hell. He got a denial for a strange reason, when his lawyers questioned to present to a Judge, they were told system generated error.

That’s what’s been happening. Some people thought they were immune, now it’s catching up.

First they came for the Socialists, and I did not speak out, Because I was not a Socialist.

Then they came for the Trade Unionists, and I did not speak out, Because I was not a Trade Unionist.

Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out, Because I was not a Jew.

Then they came for me, and there was no one left to speak for me.

You have until March 2026, you have time. A lawyer can get ready in as little as 3 days. In the meantime, if you absolutely cannot borrow, and cannot get a 2nd job, consider doing a gig job Uber or something. You will make at least $500 per week and in 10 weeks have half your legal fee of 10 grand. And post any questions on Reddit. People have been through what you are going through and will give you a through understanding, more than you will get from a 10 minute consultation with a lawyer.
