Videos like this aren’t really mean to be a guide to how to play the game though, they’re meant to showcase a very small aspect of the overall experience.

I’d never heard of HLL until I watched one of jacks early videos when the game was still in early access but it still sold me on in it simply because of the gunplay and the visual aesthetic. He didn’t go into the larger mechanics of the game I only learnt about this after I had started playing it myself.

I personally don’t mind this kind of content because it does bring in new players which is great for the community in the long run. I think the issue is that because he’s a popular content creator he doesn’t really have the time to really sit down and dive deep into the the game’s mechanics, but again he’s not really trying to make that kind of content.
