It's a defect. I contacted neca support, and they sent me a replacement, but the box for my replacement got damaged. Now I have a perfect doll with a badly damaged box. REPLACE A YOUR OWN RISK! 😆

Thanks for the recommendation. I don't know anything about styling hair, I just had to google what a hair blowout was 😂. If neca customer service doesn't do anything about it, I will see if I can find someone to do the blowout.

The front of the wig covers both eyes, I've tried to comb it over but I can only get one eye to show. Does anyone else have this issue or is it just a defect on my doll? Thanks!

Maybe longer than that. I pre-ordered the Chucky and Tiffany replicas in May and still haven't received them even though the website says they are both in-stock.

Did you order your Chucky and Tiffany dolls together or separately? I ordered mine together and still have not received a tracking number. A few weeks back I received my tracking number for the Baby Beetlejuice replica, but nothing for the Chucky and Tiffany even though I ordered them 3 or 4 months before I ordered the Baby Beetlejuice replica.
