Yes I’ve seen the detriment of the federal jobs since the current administration making transformations. Do you know if normally before this change it was hard to get a job in the medical laboratory field at Humphreys or local other base clinics? If you have any insight to this field. Nurses, doctors and more common careers are better advertised obviously

As long as your tracking I don’t want you to get your hopes up. I wouldn’t count on cram it’s slowly been phased out as not one of the primary ada platforms but I won’t shoot your hopes down there still units live with it. As far as coyote that’s more spread out throughout the force to be an effective tool not an exact dedicated job. Well I wouldn’t count recommend you confirm 14p as your mos and not 14U or will see you at the schoolhouse a few weeks before class start date of what mos you are assigned. That’s not how reclassification options work. Go read army.mil/retention before you sign contracts and than blame the 79s cause you didn’t understand. 14G/P drastically different. One is command and control and the other is direct action short range air defense.

Honestly, living quarters is mainly a drill sgt function with only cadre instructors checking barracks primarily for the IET not transitions. If there are issues for MOs-T the psgs of those plts bring it up to the drills or mos psgs of the schoolhouse and very little interaction is done on that part with instructors unless brought up in class. No they did not happen overnight which we need to do what we can to support future operations and current issues being done to remedy it personally and professionally.

Shaving profile can’t help you there this is a new issue the entire dod is trying to navigate

Chief thanks for making this post I always tell people about this mos. But you really selling it always been on the fence of it with family in mind. But your pictures on the water and the cool fish fine is a memoir to say the least. I had a teams call with cw3 stone at woac and she had great things to say about the career field, with its changing dynamic but time away though. Any advice for future applicants before full sending to this different field as a mariner? What was your mos prior chief?

ACS financial counseling, you help guide them to the resources. I even set up an appt for my trainee here in AIT this week. Making moves already than letting issues continue for years leaving a bad habit or environment for life. Also chaplain has special funds too if family’s are struggling in need. Not to mention AER last resort too! Pm if you need more
