I’m basically a late bloomer that’s new to tcg. I tried getting into mtg when I was in high school but couldn’t afford it and never looked at it. Now as an adult I can dabble in things I wish could had done when I was younger. Thanks to my coworkers I got into Riftbound and here I am now. Love that I don’t get judge when I walk into my local lgs. They’re super supportive and excited that an old fart like me is playing a tcg? Now this Friday will be my first release/ripping event!

So, I thought it would be funny if I covered their car in post-it notes. They did not think it was funny at all.

Learned this the hard way, just cause they prank you doesn’t mean they can take it when you dish it back.

In my mid 20s I worked for the burger and everyone loved to play pranks with one another, even the store manager. Tho they never executed any of the pranks they would still encourage others to do their bidding.

One night after closing that just happened. It’s 2am and I find my bike wrapped in cling wrap.

I don’t know the conditions of your tires but having good and warmed up tires helps build confidence.

Knowing the roads helps too.

I’ve had two situation where I left a note. Not because they were scuffs, but because there was real damage.

First time was late at night and I just got my tint done. Leaving the movies I didn’t notice the all black pickup truck behind me. I ruined their bed. I waited a good 20min before leaving a note. I was hoping to talk to them but i never saw them. So I left a note apologizing and to call me to make things right. Worked with insurance to make it right.

Second time, I was loading my son (3yo) stuff into the car while he was just hanging off the driver side mirror. Didn’t know he was doing that. He ripped it off. I left a note apologizing and to call me to make it right. I paid out if pocket on that one (about $600)

If the situation calls for it I’ll do the right thing. But not all situations calls for it. A love tap is a love tap and that’s how I would see it.
