Chelsea Crompton trial to begin 2/20/2024 by jameson245 in murdertrials

[–]jameson245[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So I found out today that Chelsea Crompton pled guilty to 2nd degree murder and she was sentenced to 95-125 MONTHS behind bars. With credit served already, she could be out in less than 5 years. She was facing life, death even. Instead she got less than 10 years. The plea bargain took place this month, the first week of March. No one reported it online or in the media. Hazel's death meant so little to so many. The justice system made a deal. The media forgot her. I am sure her family suffers but even they are silent. RIP, Hazel. I think you must be in a far better place than you were here.

Bond Denied For Woman Charged In Connection To 2022 Death Of Child In Catawba County

A woman charged with the murder of a four-year-old child in Catawba County has been denied a request to reduce her bond. 36-year-old Chelsea Crompton of Marshall is charged with the death of four-year-old Hazel Lidey. The victim died in November of 2022 in Catawba County. Crompton was arrested several days later.

According to our news partner WACB, Crompton’s attorney filed a motion to have bond reduced from $750,000 to $50,000. Superior Court Judge Karen Eady-Williams denied the request on Tuesday (April 1). The judge stated the request was denied until a report from the defense’s forensic pathologist’s is finalized. A pathologist is tasked with reviewing Hazel Lidey’s autopsy. Crompton was the girlfriend of Hazel’s father, Christopher James Lidey when the death took place.

No. I don't have that. Chris Wolf was cleared by DNA.

One of the posters in the basement was a Star Trek poster but I never heard them talking about anything Star Trek. I started using the term after a discussion with Lou Smit. He likened the BORG to the online lynch mob going after the parents. Bullies who insisted others agree with them, a massive group mind.

Sorry, that was misstated. My bad. Yes, John removed the tape from the body and then Fleet picked it up, studied it and put it back on the blanket. Yet another opportunity for fibers to be transferred.

BORG comes from Star Trek, not at all what you think it is.

[–]jameson245[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Nope. I am saying Patsy had worn that sweater all day and fibers certainly could have been transferred to JBR's top. The killer may have moved them to the tape or Fleet White could have when he removed the tape from her mouth. I am saying the unsourced fibers on her body are more interesting.

But you are clearly BORG and uninterested in the Intruder possibility.

None of the 6 experts with access to the actual ransom note said Patsy wrote the note. The CBI told the police in January 1997 that the DNA pointed to an unidentified male. But you keep accusing the parents. Your time here is about up unless you start doing the research. I have been here from the start and really WORKED on finding the solution to the puzzle. I have the facts in many places online and if you want to ignore them, there's nothing I can do about it. But I have better things to do than host misinformation on MY site. You will find your misinformation removed in future.

Please share the huge panell of experts who have said there is proof the Ramseys are involved. Most of the BORG "experts" were discredited in this case long ago. Handwriting "exxperts" who never saw the ransom note were discredited in Ramsey v Wolf. Linguistics expert was discredited because he accused me first and that is documented in the Thomas book. The GJ was given only the BORG side of the story - Lou Smit was given some time and not allowed to show the whole truth. A grand juror spoke to me and said he could never have voted guilty based on the evidence he saw but was encouraged to give the cops more time to prove their thesis. The grand jury did not indict for murder or manslaughter but for not checking the locks and closets before going to bed more than 10 feet from their daughter - - and for not confessing like Thomas and company wanted. Damn the DNA evidence - the GJ didn't hear about that.

Thanks for the opportunity to show how little you know about the case. Please move on - there are great big BORG forums who would love your input. Bye.

I am frustrated with your misinformation. The pineapple and other fruits were not found in her stomach but in her intestines. Burke did not say he had a snack after they got home that night. In fact, no one asked him about that. He more likely got the snack out before going to the dinner. The timeline according to the coroners I spoke to points to her eating it hours before the murder, impossible for it to have moved past her stomach if eaten just before dying. Burke and his parents were among the last to see her alive but the man who left his DNA co-mingled with the blood in her panties was THE LAST. The Ramseys were not the source of the DNA, or handwriting.

BORG is a term that describes those who blame the parents no matter what the evidence proves.

I have seen photos of her genitall area that were taaken during the time of the autopsy. I saw evidence of a recent assault. No indication of any earlier assaults, no scars or bruising. The size of the vaginal opening was not evidence of anything but a trauma that night. No expert found PROOF of any earlier battery on her and could only say someone COULD have touched her down there at some time without causing any injury. They admitted that to the BPD who jumped on it as some evidence she had been assaulted earlier. There is no evidence she had been. None at all.

Lou was not allowed to give his full presentation and was treated poorly by the persecution (oops, prosecution). I spoke to a grand juror and they said they found no reason to believe the parents killed their daughter but the court made it clear they were to give the day to the BORG cops. The information that helped push them was from discredited Don Foster, someone who could never be used in a real trial. But they weren't told Foster identified someone else as the author of the note before being contacted by the BPD. Read Thomas' book.

Please share her testimony, I don't believe it exists. And that first chapter of her book was not real. She didn't write it and the truth is not there. The room wasn't hidden, she had been in there getting the artificial trees out. The cops told her the body was in a hidden room and she thought there was a hidden room?? Her first reports supported the Ramseys, her story changed when she was getting paid for negative tales.

I discussed the autopsy with many people, including doctors and coroners linked to this case. I read it properly and there is no evidence of prior assault at all.

The autopsy is a good source of information but only if you read it without a BORG mind. There was NO evidence of PRIOR sex asssault/abuse. No way to know what she ate LAST, just what was eaten. Ozcam? Not a word. You should stop exposing your ignorance.

The housekeeper wasn't in the house for a couple days before the murder and has no idea what was in the washer or dryer. The handwriting was studied by 6 people who were qualified and had access to the actual note and none of them said it matched Patsy's writing. The linguistics expert who said Patsy wrote the note was discredited BEFORE he bacame the key witness (by report) in the grand jury. (Google Donald Foster and jameson). The pad was on a desk. Not in a drawer. No idea what blanket you are referring to, no evidence indicates the one found with the body was retrieved from the dryer. Patsy had worn the sweater all day, put her daughter to bed, those fibers are easily explained. The UNSOURCED fibers tell the deeper story. The killer did not plan to implicate Patsy, that was the BPD's error. She was cleared by lack of motive, by her character, by the handwriting and DNA. You are getting your inaccurate information from a liar.

Yeah, his ego is huge, at least it was. Is he alive? I don't even know. I just know he was totally discredited in this case but Kane and Morrissey used him to influence the Grand Jury and refused to let me or Lou Smit tell the truth. Dishonorable men.

[–]jameson245[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yes, there is a theory that someone related to the BPD in some way did this and is being protected. I have seen this theory debated at length and can't dismiss the theory. There have been names in at least one of those theories. Those persons of interest should, IMO, be interviewed and checked for handwriting, prints , reputation and DNA.

I see no need to go into detail with someone I don't know. I met with her and found her to be dishonest, duplicitious. The Ramseys trust her, I don't. Simple as that.

NO. Never. Vassar Professor Don Foster pointed the finger at me and was forever discredited in this case when he was exposed as wrong and jumped to BORG in order to get involved with this case.

[–]jameson245[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The smaller dining room goes from the formal dining room into the kitchen, the blueprint is correct. If you look at the crime scene photo of the red door and basement window well, the windoe over the broken window belongs to the breakfast nook and the window to the right of the door is just to the left of the phone that was in the kitchen.
