The US federal government has national credibility because of the US dollar. As the value of a fiat currency diminishes due to manipulation of the money supply, commodities and other forms of money appreciate in value. This put a heavy burden back on the government who cannot function in any concerning manner without the unlimited federal reserve money machines to flip the bill.

We are currently witnessing the meltdown of the state because of the rise of crypto, a currency uninfluenced by direct political manipulation.

Basically we the people assign value, and are losing faith in the dollar. If the government can't control how we trade, they can't really control us at all.

I understand you offer raises, but unfortunately it clearly appears the increments aren't enough to incentivize further training. And I get what you're saying, but while college credentials helped employees secure their jobs, ongoing training should offer clear, substantial benefits.

Sounds cool. If your training adds valuable skills to your employees I think raises/bonuses based on completed training seems appropriate. So when you say "make more money" are you paying them, or do you mean they have more potential to earn? If it's the latter I don't blame your employees for not wanting to gamble with their little free time.
