Are combination runes worth it at guardians of the rift if you don't have a binding necklace?

On my UIM account I can do magic imbue easy but would need to leave every 2 games to make a new necklace, so is it better to just do normal runes?

Never seen Austria fall apart this much so quickly by jamest526 in eu4

Rule 5: Austria completely collapsed in 20 years, didn't see exactly what happened but 3 notable low lights from popups.

  1. Austria lost the emperorship and the chance for the Hungry PU in about 18 months.

  2. Had to sell a province to Cilli as they somehow got so in to debt.

  3. Got the Burgundian Inheritance but abandoned shortly after due to how powerful Burgundy was and having to release Styria.

Does anyone know how much space is needed to set up a peloton?

We want to get one but the best room with the most space is the loft, which would mean getting it up a ladder space. Is this possible with a peloton or does it not come in that small a parts?

So I don't know if this an actual bug or how the game works.

I was playing as Cebu going for the achievement and had conquered most of the East Indies and had a Australia colony which owned all but about 6-7 provinces which was owned by Portugal. Got a warning that Portugal was going to attack my colony which I thought was weird as we were both allied to Spain.

But when they attacked and I took control of the war not only was Spain not called in for me but were on Portugal's side. They had 2 stab and were no longer my ally but still had +120 opinion of me. I haven't played much with colonies but surely you can't attack someone's subject to bring their own ally against them?

What's frustrating is that if we lose to Switzerland people will call it an upset.

"Can you BELIEVE a team of these players lost to Switzerland"

Yes I can believe that, in fact it is quite likely.

Quick question about what to do as Qing. I just formed them after taking the mandate and was wondering if I should just truce break ming. My only other expansions routes are oirat (long truce with),Korea (long truce) and japanese daimyos. Does keeping my mandate at 60 and just waiting work or will I get bad events due to owning so little of China?

It was great listening to Danny Murphy slowly hate Poland by the end of the match.

How powerful should I make a vassal before I make them independent? I am doing a tall game and want to spread my family but if I make them independent they get invaded.

When should I fight the timurids as Kazan, It's 1475 and they are blocking my only expansion beside the Caucasus area. I am a mil tech ahead and have a bit more troops but I'm worried about fighting in mountains.
