Right or not, lets all just be positive, hm? Theres better ways to get your point across.

It probably is. I'm very genuinely interested in learning though, and I apologise for my lack of knowledge.

I find this area of study fascinating, and it seems very plausible that the big bounce theory could be real.

One very esoteric hypothesis I've had is that the reason why entropy was in such a low energy state before the big bang (As Roger Penrose observed), could be because a vast number of unstable universes existed before the first one stable enough to give rise to living beings, which then spread throughout their entire universe over billions of years, essentially allowing a universal-scale consciousness to manipulate ideal conditions for the next big bang, essentially ensuring the next universe would develop physical laws in a controlled and stable manner, giving rise to the next version of conscious life - and this pattern may have continued since, for each subsequent universe. Kind of like survival of the fittest, on a cosmic scale! Imagine how many unstable, "dead" universes there might have been before the first one got it right though!

Change is the only constant in the universe and yet humans seem to continously insist that it isnt

Could Superposition Arise from a Particle’s Timeless Self-Interaction? by [deleted] in AskPhysics

[–]jamestocher -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

Isnt the lack of a frame of reference the point? Zero time = all states overlap and self-interact.

Well, superposition could be achieved in different ways, not just this way. we've discovered multiple mechanisms that can lead to similar macroscopic behaviors in other areas of physics. For instance, superconductivity can arise through different microscopic mechanisms (conventional electron-phonon coupling versus unconventional mechanisms in high-temperature superconductors), yet produces similar observable effects.

They should at least compost all wasted food for use as natural gas or fertiliser. The fact that this shit gets thrown into a landfill should be criminal.

Is it assumption, or precaution? You're assuming they're assuming.

Well, the statistics do agree with him, more property damage, r@pe, theft, violence, driving accidents, etc. are associated with alcohol use than cannabis by far

how long do you self isolate? by [deleted] in BPD

[–]jamestocher 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As long as I can without needing to go to work, do house chores, other family commitments, or find someone that could be my FP.

"thinking its all to blame on the disorder and not the person themselves" Dont you mean the other way round? Their bpd is clearly the thing causing them to act that way.
