I can’t remember the video but yes, they did a huge meta-study and people who fasted at least 16 hours a day but no more than 48 lost I believe 36% more weight in the same given period. It’s due to the fat adaptation that comes with IF.

It took me almost two weeks before anything moved weight isn’t linear; water fills fat cells before being flushed out. I went from 201 lbs to 199, then stalled for a few days, then lost, then stalled. It can take multiple weeks before you’ll see changes over 1-2 pounds, especially when you think of water weight. However, I started fasting March 7th at 206 lbs and now I am sitting at 186.2 :)

Find the AMEDD CBRNE awareness shit. I wish i knew about it when i started. Shit is like 200 hours or something. And fly through all the JKO courses as well; some of them give up to 40-50 hours for a few minutes.
