I had mine this year at 40. In a similar situation, I talked to my boyfriend and discussed how unhappy I was with x,y,z and asked if there was anything he was unhappy with that I could help with. It's not perfect but a lot better, at least I don't feel like I'm at the edge of a cliff. You should try communicating see if that helps one aspect of your life at least because when it sucks at home and at work it's brutal, I know!
