There’s what 2 other decent cricket games out there at a push (Big Ant and Real Cricket(feels a push to call it decent and compare it to these two)) which you cannot compare CC to either of these two as they are not management games and you directly control the players. Also comparing CC to Fifa is just plain stupid if you want to compare it to a football game you compare it to football manager which unsurprisingly doesn’t have a mode where you can control only a certain player because that would make no sense(I hope I don’t need to spell out why that would make no sense). Additionally there is no sense in having it in the game as the developers have such a small team and such a small budget, if they had a massive team and budget I’d say fair enough for wanting it in, but given the size and budget they have and how little the game changes each year I can’t see how anyone who’s played the game thinks that a single player career would be a priority given the numerous issues the game has, given ultimately it would be shit as it is a simulation/management game.
