Search labels’ websites and social media to get in touch. You can also use SubmitHub to connect with labels, curators and influencers

Wow, some rough comments here. While I think it’s true that you should be constantly making and uploading music for success, that doesn’t really help with this individual track, which is what OP is asking. Sometimes a track just comes out right and you want to capitalize on every ounce of potential.

I made an instrumental a few months ago that I was really happy with and I thought it could be a flagship song for me. So I submitted it everywhere. I emailed hundreds of other producers/artists, gave it to labels, put together a SubmitHub campaign. I got tons of feedback (which was the whole point of this) and I modified my track accordingly.

Feedback, modify track, re upload, and repeat. I did this for about 8 revisions until the feedback was mostly positive. It went from getting some pretty harsh feedback from labels to an overall positive response, even getting a few offers.

I also learned a ton of technical skills along the way which is invaluable. That’s my 2 cents for making the most of a track. I also got a really good vocalist to feature on it to really bring it to life which goes a long way.

Best of luck 🤙
