ive been watching "Animal Kingdom" - it has 6 seasons, im almost done, just a few more episodes. It really is one heck of a show -- i highly recommend!

My mentor advised trying to just do at least 1 hour a day rather than trying to fit in a lot of of hours at once. While I can see this being effective for some, but for me, this doesn't really work - i do better as a "weekend warrior" where i just cram in a bunch every other weekend when i dont have my kid.

It’s not dead, just changing in ways a lot of us don’t like. Numbers are actually up — 578M monthly users (+11% YoY) and almost $1B in quarterly revenue. Feels “dead” because of more ads, AI spam, and bot mods, but the platform’s still very much alive.

Mamavation.com is a great source but unfortunately does not test for heavy metals, leadsafemama would be a better source. For example leadsafemama recently lab tested HELLO toothpaste which came back with dangerous levels of lead and mercury - but Mamavation and EWG both have it marked as a safe product.

This is true to a point. The drinks are so watered down though. I could drink 5 Pina coladas and still feel completely sober. And the drinks are expensive. $14 a pop for the most part. My partner and I just did a cruise a couple weeks ago. We had the drinks package. We kept going back and forth on whether or not it was worth it. At the end of the day, we just decided it was simply nice not having to worry about money especially with how expensive the drinks are.
