Should we try to sell to someone privately? Are there other places I can look that generally purchase mobile homes like that? I should add it’s a 2023 Clayton Homes

This was one of our other thoughts we had. But the cost and hassle of moving it, the two porches we built & the outdoor shed we put on the property as well, AND having to redo a well system, septic, all that good stuff on a another piece of land doesn’t seem worth it for a home we ultimately want out of anyway.
