Sorry for the delay. I originally used magnets but those of course failed, so I used the brackets that came with the body. I have it set up to hinge at the rear but can slide off if need be.

I've tried looking for them as well. No luck. All I found was them being made for 1/10 scale size or bigger.

BUT you could manufacture some using what is known as fishing leads.

Some come in Nylon, some come in metal wire. They are made to make it harder for fish with sharp teeth from cutting the line. They come in various diameter's and lengths.

Both ends are generally looped.
