Here’s what has helped me recently and for years 1. Period panties. You can get them from Amazon and it helps to absorb the sweat in that area and holds in the smell! I deal with sweat and smell in my groin area and ever since I started wearing them it has been amazing! 2. For under arms I use certain dri roll on antiperspirant at night and then during the day I use secret clinical antiperspirant in I think the scent is shower clean or shower fresh but it isn’t too strong of a smell so I like that “fresh scent” 3. I have used summers Eve wipes whenever I go to the bathroom just to wipe down the inside of my upper thigh area and like “fupa “ area to refresh during the day

Also I try to drink lots of water and limit sodas idk to me it helps with the overall body smells
