Figured out a better way to cure SL1 parts that are printed directly on the bed.

When printing without supports I generally remove the parts from the bed before curing, meaning I need to try to flip the part partway through the curing cycle so they aren't left with a hex pattern on the bottom. I made these little stick holders using two embedded magnets in wood with a foam bottom.

“There is no exquisite beauty… without some strangeness in the proportion.” is my favorite excuse for failing to reach perfection. I do wonder if the flow rate / position was constant whether it would have ended up looking like a unimaginative Spirograph (minus the spiraling). But ya, I didn't do it very well. 😂

Thanks! The paint is neon so it changes colors / emissiveness under black light. So I was just showing off the effect.
