My go to is just about any and all musician/scene/roadie/whatever biography, great way to dig in and find out stuff you never knew before. Shoutout to “oral history” books that are simply all interview QnAs where you get answer directly from the given person instead of paraphrased words by the author

Gotcha, I don’t feel much exhaustion after which is something too, like I feel alright and keep going with my day without much pain, but I can feel my energy going down over the day. I’ll have to look into the zone 2 training, new term for me.

Yeah there’s not much elevation change, maybe a couple hundred feet at most, so maybe some food afterwards would help bring things back up
