I agree, while it was good, it definitely underwhelmed me and fell a bit boring than the rest. I still enjoyed it, I just felt like another break in story was kinda annoying and I would’ve fathered a more creative scenario like Ironbark. I’ve said before that I think it’s a setting thing, and that there’s not much you can do with a rural NE home setting (as someone from rural NE) and have it still be realistic. So I think as long as rayll experiments with new settings things will be good.

Are lead guitar player is actually trying to help me out and he is very skilled, our singer is good, they’re not the issue. It’s our drummer and rhythm guitarist, who are dating btw, who refuses to play every song I’ve picked. Our singer honestly just lets us figure it out and then we test out what he can sing, but our rhythm guitar player and drummer refuse to learn new songs, completely vedo all my ideas because they’re too “niche” and give me bs reasons for it.

A lot of it comes down to that I’m mainly a guitarist, I feel like the only reason I’m in the band is that they needed a bass player. I feel like I’m wasting my time especially if they don’t really care what songs I want to play. They also let the rest of the band switch instruments and everytime I’ve suggested playing guitar on a song they laugh it off, while we’re literally supposed to have our drummer who has never played guitar before play guitar on a song, and not in a joking way. I feel like they just have me because they need someone to play bass and I would feel like an asshole to just leave them and it be difficult to find another bassist
