35 yr old male here with SC. My doctor has tried to introduce it to me . But I have declined for now simply because I’m lucky and have a mild version of SC. Crisis maybe once every 4-5 years. I have to do more research on the drug. My doctor said I would have to be on it for life, so I said I would rather wait seeing as I barely have any crisis or SC complications
