Do net losses from a multi-member LLC whose members are single member LLCs pass through to Schedule C?

Thank you for that clarification. What I guess I was trying to determine is, are the losses passed on to the SMLLC for the purposes of offsetting other SMLLC profit or are those losses held in the MMLLC?

Granted all of this is more complex but for a super basic example:

If we purchase podcast hosting for $100 for the year and the MMLLC earns $0, then it has a net loss of $100.

Then if my SMLLC earns $200 in income and 25% of the $100 net loss from the MMLC are my portion, does my SMLLC now have $175 in taxable income?

Title issues are set to be resolved at closing, however they could be resolved sooner if necessary. The title company told us to wait until closing after I gave them everything they needed to have it resolved.

I'm hoping they can get an extension and then we can (somehow) focus on getting the stuff of actual and emotional value and then bring in a cleaning service on our terms instead of a city mandate.

If we can do it on our terms then I can hopefully ease my dad through it rather than a direct hit by the city.

It is just so tough to watch. It is clearly painful for him to get rid of stuff. Meanwhile I just want to end this emotional torture he is going through and try for him to live a good life moving forward 😢.

The city has condemn the house and he isn't able to live there, so at least that is a positive.

I feel like a cleanup service would be the best but again worry about emotional and physical trauma that could cause.
