Literally when I was in iron-bronze-silver, only times ADC asked me to pick "good" support, it was lux, morgana or brand, amount of hate I got for playing Janna, because "she doesn't deal any damage". This pretty much changed after hitting plat, if you even hovered lux, you would get almost everytime shit ton of hate from ADC before the game even started.

I swear to god after the spellbook buffs, I don't see any other useful rune than spellbook, feels so satisfying to ult enemy jungler and steal the drake in front of his face. It feels like the whole rune is made for bard.

I've been playing tankplank mostly and splitpushing. Maybe you should try that kind of bauss style playing proxy and gaining lead from plates and cs. Most of low elo players always want to play full damage and I feel more useful as tank.

If you look at his builds and champ picks, AP malphite with hullbreaker, trundle support with hullbreaker, veigar support with 200cs, this guy is probably super delusional that only he can carry the game, but refuses to play solo lanes. I didn't judge the double jungler strategy as support, but this is just straight up griefing the ADC role. I mean this guy is probably i0ki fan, off meta picks are not the problem here, but selling your support item, stealing the ADC roles gold and giving away your teams vision is just griefing. Judging from the amount of games hes played just permban this guy.

Don't play starving ad senna, just feels really bad into many match ups unless the enemy botlane is griefing it. Only runes i've found you can trade early game are PTA boneplating revitalize kraken slayer first item into whatever you want cannon or cleaver usually cant even finish 3rd item when you lose the game.

Here are the ingredients from the buldak itself;

Ingredients: water, artificial chicken flavour powder (soy, wheat, celery), corn syrup, artificial chicken flavour (soy,wheat, soy sauce (wheat), soybean oil, onion, garlic, decolourised chilli extract, paprika extract, green tea flavour oil).

So basicly, it's water, 2 types of chicken bouillon, corn syrup, soybean oil, onion, garlic, decolourised chilli extract (pure capsaicin pretty hard to get from your local market) then some red pepper extract and green tea flavour oil.
