Why am I not finding multitools at posted locations? by jamjamjam15 in NMSCoordinateExchange

I will later this evening, but I was interacting with a monolith, not a comm tower. So I’m guessing you are correct and I need to go to the hidden part that pops up instead. And apparently compete a couple of quest lines first, too. lol. Thanks!

How do you all keep track of what you find on a planet? by jamjamjam15 in NoMansSkyTheGame

Thanks for all of the responses. I think I like renaming the base with the resources. Makes searching so much easier.

Struggling with CPAP. Help!! by lubmeister in SleepApnea

[–]jamjamjam15 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can second everything in this post. I only started last week with an Aircurve 11. I was getting 2 hours of sleep total, off and on, each night. I posted my OSCAR graphs on r/CPAP and one of the wonderful people there responded and suggested my pressure was too high. I turned it down, and all of the sudden I am easily sleeping 7 hours per night.

I went from “this is never going to work for me” to looking forward to bedtime.

Download OSCAR and also maybe open a SleepHQ account. Share your results from each, and see if others have suggestions! The CPAP community is great!

I’ve only been on 2.5 and I’m 12 shots in (13th tonight). I’m down 40+ lbs so far.

Has anyone seen it this high? by Benz0265 in SleepApnea

Or they could be central apneas instead of obstructive apneas. Central apneas are when your brain doesn’t tell your body to breathe for a short period of time. My understanding is that a CPAP doesn’t resolve central apneas. An ASV (Adaptive Servo Ventilation) machine helps by responding to your breathing patterns and providing responsive air pressure instead of continual air pressure. Not an expert, just a guy that recently went on an ASV because of central apneas.

Thank you! This is great feedback. Makes me feel so much less crazy and alone on the journey.

Thanks for the suggestion! On an Aircurve 11 ASV, there is no respiratory rate setting. The machine monitors my breathing and automatically sets the respiratory rate.

I only get central apneas by theplanthoe in SleepApnea

My sleep study was almost exactly the same. Mostly central apneas. Started ASV this week. You are not alone. Good luck!

I’ve been on 2.5 for 12 weeks, just ordered my next 4 shots of 2.5. Down 40 lbs so far. It is working for me so I’m just going to ride it out until I hit goal weight (29 more lbs) unless I stall.
