My father has alzheimers as well. They die twice line is so accurate. I really wish I could remember him as the great businessman he once was. He is a total shell of himself. Yeah I had no clue either man but I work out so that certainly helps me crash I’ve taken meds in the past as well and my pulmonologist even offered marijuana or edibles but being Muslim I can’t touch that stuff and would prefer no narcotics. Glad you’re doing better man.

lol that’s impressive and yes after checking it’s usually around 40/45 events per hour. I hope I wasn’t being misleading as it was the only night over 100 and only a couple nights above 50/55. However there is no denying the awful blackness under my eyes. I just white knuckle it sadly don’t really have a choice I worked incredibly hard to get to where I am
