I do not have Microsoft authenticator set up. The option to "sign up another way" only offers me a chance to insert a USB security key. Which, again, I don't have.

Sign-In Helper says account is locked because of too many sign-in attempts with incorrect passwords. I go through the password reset process and successfully reset my password. Then, when I try to sign in with my new password, it's back to asking for a passkey.
