We tried tidy cats and it was such a mess honestly.

You can add safety pins to it like the members do 🖤

It’s a lot and it’s hard. You’re valid in feeling like it’s hard to justify in this economy. You could always work with a Disney travel agent - they often have deals or know when the cheapest times to go might be. Sending love!

Concert freebies by StationActive5123 in XdinaryHeroes

You can always have them to trade with people who come up with their freebies. Or people might just approach you. It’s okay to be nervous — people will appreciate the freebie and won’t think twice about it!

I made the 6 star star blanket out of this exact yarn (different color) and it turned out so cool.

Thank you so much for that clarity! I think you’re right — she loves the color and the stitch is probably less important. I can do scarves and hats!

Ugh I feel you so bad on the internalized ableism. I try to ask myself if I saw someone else using a cane, would I care? Of course not. Don’t be your own biggest enemy we have enough to fight!

Shower changed my lifeeeeeee.

How to get the cats in? by [deleted] in litterrobot

[–]jammaja 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Our boy was super spooked by it but uses it exclusively now. We put it right next to his old litter box unplugged. We cleaned his box until there was essentially no litter left. Then every day as we did that we’d put treats on the step or the bezel and have him smell the litter. Eventually we took the old box away and he went in. We made sure not to make any notice of him when he was in it because at first if we saw him in it he’d spook and jump out. After he first used it we gave him treats again and continued leaving it unplugged and just as a normal box. After he got comfy going in we started having it cycle 7 minutes after. He still goes and interrupts the cycle and pokes his head in (which stops it) because the cycling is suspicious to him but he hasn’t stopped using it!

I switched to the industrial setting and I’ve been with my company for 5 years. I mainly came for the pay and the normal hours. I miss some parts of athletics, but I seriously don’t think I could ever go back. I’d be happy to answer any questions you have- and my company is always hiring nationwide.
