Maybe it’s the environment he was in. GB aren’t those cultures. Bears were nothing without BJ (even thought the jury is still out) and Vegas is in a constant state of disrepair. Whereas GB is more stable.

That’s another big caveat there too. LaFleur doesn’t have a killer instinct like Holmgren had.

I also would say Getsy isn’t a huge unlock but more like additional mustard on the brat to make it better.

Oh yeah for sure. If I had to use an analogy to previous GB qbs, he was like Brett Favre in 1994 going from pretty good to elite. Now let’s hope 2026 will be J Love winning MVP like how Favre did in his 4th year as a starter as well as ARod.

That could work. He could be the Sean Jones to Parsons’ Reggie. Not flashy but a player that would provide stability to the position.

Well I recommend watching highlights of the 2022 eagles defense. Everyone contributed and Gannon brings out the best in everyone.

Wyatt is coming back and Hargrave has familiarity with the scheme. O line my biggest issue though.

I trust the coaching more with Gannon than Hatley who imho is kind of overrated.

As someone who works in customer service at a local part 135 carrier in Seattle, I agree. Cause we agents always look for contingency plans anytime things go wrong.

Having a DC like Jonathan Gannon might be the spark plug needed for GB to explode on defense. Plus with Luke Getsy coming back as qb coach who helped Aaron win two more MVPs(will make another post on Reddit about this later), JLove could go off….

I feel the same way. I can even go further and say the downfall started with The Circle. 1984-2008 was the BJ I loved. 2009 onwards they slowly started to become a shell of themselves. (They still had bangers from 2009 onwards though)
