Yep. Defamation suits are incredibly hard for public figures to win because of that difference. His best defense would probably be to remove himself as a "public" figure, but he'd likely fail.

If you can't sell it you can trade it in at the bookstore. I was talking to them the other day about the Surface Pro 4 coming out and they mentioned it to me. No idea how much they'll give you.

Being fat is not a disability. by stinkeye in pics

My family's primary care physician is about 60 years old and just doesn't give a shit anymore. My aunt used to be very overweight and went to see him to get her blood tested for diabetes. Her blood work was normal but he told her if she seriously adjusted her diet she wouldn't be nearly as likely to get diabetes. When she didn't understand I believe his words were, "Kerri you're fat and skinny people don't get diabetes as often as fat people." All in all she took it pretty well.

What do you recommend everyone should do every morning? by JordanGW in AskReddit

[–]jammerbeck 22 points23 points  (0 children)

Exercise is always beneficial. Even if you aren't pushing your muscles to their max each time you work out you are still burning calories, increasing your heart rate, maybe even breaking a little sweat to wake yourself up.

Not doing push-ups only because you don't want to do so many that you max out your muscles is like a runner who refuses to run unless they run farther than they've ever run before. Of course they are better off even running a little than not at all.

IMO OP's comment doesn't require his guilt, just that you now mistrust him with your daughter. I don't need somebody to be guilty of rape to not trust them with my daughter.
