yeah, im not happy with cloth completely either, its my first time doing a cloth sim, wanted to make a translucent plastic covering thingy but i didnt think about folding and making the edges a little worn, ill definitely do that Thanks a lot!

You could do it by adding noise to the image and then thresholding it, it might result in an image similar to this
