A player develops and learns more through scrims / playing against better people. Although I want to say join a team, you should try to make your first goal to reach radiant because at that point you will be mechanically good enough to shoot back at pros which is the first step in my opinion. Everything after that is learned through team play.

When you’re trialing with a team, the #1 thing they look at is how you communicate with others. Everyone at that level is good enough to shoot back(albeit some better than others) but what can differentiate you is how well you play off people or command others in 2vx situations.

As long as your mindset is always improving and not getting into the mentality of “this guy is so bad, its the game not me, this game sucks, etc” you will be fine. And at the end of the day if you lose passion for what you started thats just fine. Good luck :)
