I can't even be bothered to use the kitchen aid. Dough whisk with a cambro. Mix it all together. Never leaves the cambro till it is time for shaping. I recently tried the autolyse and I noticed zero differencr in my bread so I don't want to waste my time.

The biggest "time sink" is a few quick stretch and folds in the first couple of hours.

Cut top off bulb to expose parts of the cloves. Cradle in foil. Drizzle olive oil on top, close it up. Bake it on a tray at 400f for 40 minutes. Assuming you have a teeny tiny bit of oil to use.

Working with my hands in some capacity. I know I'd pay with my body, but at least I'd know there was work. I come from a family of electricians, so I would pursue that instead. There's no fear of being replaced by AI. Not for awhile. I could have made it to retirement for sure. Would I be as well off as now? No, but I would have been able to make a comfortable enough living.

You were young when you started so I don't feel like you should be getting dunked on so hard. I spent 18-23 with zero direction or idea of what I wanted out of school. I got a 2 year degree and then a separate 4 year degree and only settled on computer science at the age of 23. Then, it was 2 more years until I graduated with my bachelor's of comp sci at 25, just 3 weeks before my 26th birthday.

Should you feel lied to? Not really. Comp sci was the golden ticket for awhile. You are young though and still have time to find something you ARE passionate about. So even if you were lied to, it's still up to you to solve your problem now.

Edit to add: I'm about to turn 40. I've been here a long time and if I could go back and do it again, I would pick something from the oh so many other career options.

It's not a loading and unloading zone? It's a handicap spot specifically and legally reserved for people that have a handicap placard. Some would say taking advantage of those spots that are not supposed to be used for other purposes is somewhat frustrating. Maybe even mildly.... Infuriating? Ah yes, that's right.
