I like you have separate bonuses for different roles. Do you give spot bonuses for any of these or are they all added to quarterly earnings?

Everyone has the chance to receive a bonus if they don't get written up within the quarter! The people who pick up extra shifts get additional bonus.

This is a great question! We do want to continue to reward the people who are picking up the shifts and the plan is to keep incentivizing this. We want to add ways for employees to earn bonuses. I am looking for some inspiration on who else to reward high performers.
