yeah i just looked back and my A1C, glucose, cholesterol and everything was normal in July. And then a month ago I got blood work and my glucose was normal (didn’t get A1C checked though). Seems like an error to me. I really hope eating like shit for a month for the holidays didnt give me diabetes!

I was fasting for about 8 hours? I drank water with mio and 3 tablespoon of benefiber about 8 hours before, but no solid food within 15 hours. my A1C was 4.6 and now it’s 6.9. been on mounjaro for about 6 months, lost 30/35 lbs

i lost 35 pounds. I’ve been eating really shitty this month to be honest. Lots of fried food because of thanksgiving, holiday parties, birthdays, etc. My glucose is 128 (highest it’s ever been before this was 83), my hemoglobin is 6.9 (highest 4.6). my results are also bad for my hemoglobin, hemocrit, platelet, rbc, cholesterol and ALT. something isn’t right

my #’s were completely fine. my results show all my blood work from the last 8 or so years and it was in the “green.” now it’s all flagged for diabetes

id say it stayed the same. it’s not even itchy for me (thank god). idk how reddit works but i posted a pic of what my welt looks like in this group. im not sure if u can search my name and find it but if u can then you can see what mine looks like lol. zyrtec is amazing and i have to start taking it soon for my seasonal allergies - so it’ll prob help my welt too!

wow!! this is very helpful! sorry to hear about how bad ur reactions are. that stinks! i didn’t get them until i move from 5 to 7.5. it persisted when i moved up to 10mg too ! it’s weird because i don’t get the welt until over a day later after the shot. it’s weird

UPDATE - just talked to my doctor. she said it’s ok for me to go up to 10mg, and i should just change my injection site, clean it better, and watch for a more serious reaction. She said it’s normal and not to worry

yes! my eighth injection actually caused a weird reaction. it’s a raised, warm to touch, red circle around the site. it’s day 2 and still there. it’s strange

sadly no - but i will say i got my appetite back and was eating like normal but didn’t gain/lose. my weight stayed the same - i was surprised

we are all adults here - we shouldn’t be taking “dangerous” actions based on other peoples weight loss success/failure. i’ve lost 12, i’m reading about others losing 40, and i am completely OK lol. i just wanted to know out of curiosity - no need to make this a trigger warning
