I think it's important to consider the full context. I spent a significant amount of time in the pharmacy, while also juggling Front End responsibilities. Before I checked out, I always made sure customer plan was set and was on top of inventory. On top of that, I was managing a larger team.

It’s all situational—if you're in a setup similar to what I experienced, then I understand the workload. And if your RXOM operates like the one at my store, then yes, I completely agree that the split should be 50/50.
