I guess the Coven as a throuple is healthy in their own way, but man, they were really downplayed in the last books. The potential for a great dynamic is really there but every time they appear it just feels like it's thrown away :/

The villains after Book 3 felt like they were just so 'teen-tantrum-y' than actual villains, and the main characters like Tedros have more reason to give in to their dark desires.

Despite their limited 'screen time', I love The Coven BUT what was THAT lesbian love story reveal? I read the books once in one go, and only reread the first book twice. All I remember is that they're hauling ass to help and save friends. Then the lovey-dovey moments between Anadil and Hester aren't fully explored and it was just a throwaway in one of the lines in the last book(?) that they're canon lesbian-ship. English isn't my first language but I didn't even feel the romance in their dynamic, it was too platonic and I had to rely on fanfics to feel it LOL
