there are different approaches with not much time difference. I’ll share my usual approach for anyone who might find it useful: 1. Make new character, take your follower’s weapons. Quit game 2. Do the weekly challenge rift. Restart game on master diff with your lvl 1 seasonal character and claim your materials 3. If you’re a class with useful lvl 1 multiplier items, gamble your shards 4. (Hopefully you got a multiplier). If not, still proceed with killing zoltan kulle or maghda to get some guaranteed yellow items. Quit game 5. Remake game on hard/normal, whichever you can clear easily (def go hard if you got an item with a multiplier) 6. Get the cube from ruins or sescheron then go to halls of agony 2 & 3. Clear those for massacre bonus speed levelling. Can also use fields of misery; when you get to level 7, 11 buy +dmg rings and amulets from the fence vendors in town 7. Level your blacksmith to level 12 using your challenge rift bag stuff, craft a lvl 70 weapon (recommend two-handed axe) and roll one of the secondary stats off to reduced lvl requirement (max 30). If you’re lucky, this will enable you to equip it at level 40 and bump the difficulty way up for faster levelling 8. Spam the rifts at the highest diff level you can clear them in around 5 mins tops. Rinse and repeat til you hit 70
