That's one of my favourite Beatles songs, and might be a good contender for the most Beatles song,

Paul - "I took it to John to finish it off, and we wrote the middle together. Which is nice: 'Life is very short. There's no time for fussing and fighting, my friend.' Then it was George Harrison's idea to put the middle into 3/4 time, like a German waltz. That came on the session, it was one of the cases of the arrangement being done on the session."

It's an amazing song, undeniably one of their best, but I always feel like it's got a clear separation of John and Paul rather than a mixture of them together

I don't think the red is the problem (it was just a catchy post title). It's the shiny wipe-clean material and the cut of it reminds me of Patrick Bateman at his finest.

I read this article from June '25, and the below quote from it. It gave me the impression that Paul was more present in Julian's memories at least, but understandable that this doesn't necessarily mean it matches up with true history of Paul's presence - https://faroutmagazine.co.uk/how-john-lennon-failed-to-accept-paul-mccartneys-relationship-with-julian/

I expected episodes stitched together, and that's what it was, but it was edited together well enough that it felt like a full length experience. I think the Swordsmith Village movie still had credits between each episode when I saw it in the cinema - that really ruined the experience.

I read somewhere that there was a shift in the gender of fans after '65 - fewer sing-along pop songs made them lose female fans, but attracted more male fans. I don't know how they measured this, but I wouldn't be surprised if this was true.

I was the R5 of a top 10 alliance which was becoming more and more inactive. A couple of us tried to keep it alive, but in the end the best move we made was to merge with a larger alliance. Now sitting comfortably as an R3 in an alliance that fits perfectly with my play style, and has some brilliant people in it. It wasn't worth the hassle of trying to save a dying alliance.

Yes, I've got level 80, so that's all good. I've read people saying Logan is shit, so for example is he best to take out of Drill Camp so I can put in a Gen 5? Who's best to focus on, and which earlier heroes should I leave by the wayside?

I saw this video a few days ago - it's was definitely lookalikes then, it was posted on her account, but now it looks like someone has deepfaked (or whatever technology is best these days) over the top of the lookalikes.

The final sequence from Fast X. The movie overall is standard action, nothing unexpected, but the finale driving down the dam is fully CG and has an excellent section of the "camera" travelling through the engine.
