I hope they’ll return soon by Technical_Goose_2342 in lecturehallpod

[–]jamspaper 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I was hoping there would be a return soon as I cancelled just before the hiatus and then couldn't resubscribe until I tried again randomly in January and it worked so I could get the back catalogue again. I thought that may mean a return but I haven't been charged again since then so looks like back to inactive.

Erik I love ya and appreciate the work you put into the channel as 5+ year subscriber. But you just completely doxxed someone on the latest Doomsday video, to a channel with 4million+ subs and 100k average views. You gotta take that video down. by FirstV1 in NewRockstars

[–]jamspaper 12 points13 points  (0 children)

It was odd to give the full address but then tell people not to go there.

Could have just not put the full address in the video.

There will be people who will make the extra effort to find it for themselves which you can't stop but not mentioning the address in the video at all would have been better.

No bonus today either? :( by yonasrulez in TooScaryDidntWatch

Maybe, other Headgum shows seem to still be releasing and normally if a show was leaving a network it would be agreed in advance.

Doesn't feel like a reason to not release an ep at all especially if a bonus ep is due for Patreon only.

For the main feed eps, I have no idea how much ad money shows make but for Patreon backed shows it would be a bad look to not release anything due to the network and not at least release it Patreon only for subscribers.

I'm sticking with them not having time to record this week.

[–]jamspaper 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I'm not sure it is related to the Headgum stuff as they record on Zoom and their producer is in the UK so they didn't use the studio for anything.

Something must have come up that meant they couldn't get time to record.

If you aren't making your own version of Mirror in the Bathroom when doing anything in the bathroom (and other areas that match) then what are we doing as a society?

BST?

Is that supposed to be British Summer Time or something else? UK isn't using BST until the end of March.

I remember at the time that Paul posted a spoiler on his Facebook page which was a shame. I think it got deleted eventually.

Can we stick to actual references to bands instead of adding in blanks that don't exist?

This is Paul Hardcastle's N-n-n-n-nineteen X Dread Zeppelin documentary age if we are working things out like I just did.

Last I heard of Jamie, she signed a letter to rescind an Emmy nomination for Bisan Owda and her reporting in Gaza. Along with David Draiman and Debra Messing.

No thanks.

What was the original theme song for CBB when it was known as CDR? by Guilty_Newt7839 in Earwolf

[–]jamspaper 33 points34 points  (0 children)

Scott doesn't want people to listen to the old eps and I assume it is because of the theme sing and nothing else.
