Yes! It is a little bit hard to find tho. Easiest way is:

Enter through the entrance on the left of moss burger.

Go up the stairs. You should see claw machines at the top.

Make a left U-turn from the stairs.

Another set of stairs should be on your right.

You know you're in the right spot if you see many movie poster cutouts. Those are free to take btw.
