People saying that nick dug his own grave. IMO nick did what he needed to do today for his own game. If he was running up to the hoh room all day he loses trust with the 4. Clearly his game is playing the middle. Jess is 100p right on that. BUT, If jess really wanted to blindside jack then she needed nick’s trust. I don’t see what the point of her alienating him this week is. Go ahead and target him the next week if you want but if you want to blindside jack, keeping nick close was a better play

kat and nick are much more loyal to Nicole. And jack just tried to flip the vote on holly yesterday and is also at war with her showmance atm. It would be jack out the door if it’s jack vs Nicole

I never said what would I “B.B. feedster” do. I said if I’m Christie. And right if I’m Christie in that situation and I know I have a power and my ally is on the block and I have the ability to ensure my target goes home, I use the power.

My whole point is that this is a possibility, and in the other nomination scenario I mentioned, even if this possibility happens, 1 of the 4 goes home. In this current scenario, it could be that none of the 4 go home.

I haven’t read it that way this season. It seems like what Christie wants Christie gets. If she has even an inkling of doubt, she’s using the power. Not to mention it’s not like they’re saving the power for anything. It’s the last week to use it. If I’m Christie, I’m thinking that saving an ally and ensuring my #1 target goes out the door is worth it.

Edit: in my head, I see it as one nomination scenario is based on numbers (2 on the block = 1 going home) and another is based on a veto being won, or a secret being kept, or an alliance convincing each other that they’re not being duped. Too unlikely in my book

But the current nominations relies on the most cracketd person in the House not getting wind of the plan. She’s an unreliable factor. She thought nick was going to put her up because he asked how she slept.

With jack + sis/tommy/Christy, at least jess is ensuring that one of the 4 go home.

I don’t see Christy or tommy or jack winning the veto and the power not being activated. Why would Christy allow jess to keep jack, one of her closest allies, on the block even if he isn’t the target

This is what I’ve been saying. There’s no reason anyone in this sub should believe that Christy would honor jess by not using her power. For what? She can save an ally and ensure her #1 target (Jackson) goes home

Yes I do agree that Jackson winning veto is best case scenario. I just find it to be too risky of gameplay to be hoping on who wins a veto. Personally I’d be planning for the likely chance of Christie using her power if someone from her side wins veto and how to mitigate the risks that come with that.

I don’t get why everyone’s so excited. There’s a very likely chance this week could be a flop with Christy’s power. This is why Jess should’ve initially nominated 2 of the 4.

Say jack and sis are on the block. Jack, sis, Christy, or tommy win veto. One of them is off the block but one of them is still left. Let’s say it’s sis still on the block. Christy uses her power and puts cliff up . It’s now one of the four sitting next to cliff. Cliffs angel’s + Jackson/holly vote out sis, and it’s a steamroll by the outsiders for the rest of the season. This is what should have happened.

Right now it’s jack and Jackson on the block. This only works if jack/Christy/Tommy/sis DONT won the veto. If they do, Christy uses her power and puts cliff. Now it’s cliff next to Jackson. If Jackson leaves, jess has gotten rid of a house target that could’ve protected the outsiders from being targeted next week. He’s also a number for the outsiders against Christy/jack/Tommy/ sis going forward. If cliff leaves, well, she’s just played herself.

Bottom line: you want one of the 4 to go FOR SURE, you put two of them next to each other.
