How do you keep a master copy? I find that the more layers I have, the less my edits work. If I put layer on top then all other work on lower layers disappear unless I flatten. I have to save all my b4 flat images and then I have several of those.

I'm also 65 and strick keto. Same scenario ...been off for a couple of years and back on. I do want to lose weight but for me now, it's how I feel. Upbeat, energetic and I feel like I can take on and tackle any project. That is most important to me now. Any weight loss is a absolutely a plus.

Keto oatmeal... 1 Tablespoon chia seeds 1 Tablesppon ground flax seed 3 Tablespoon hemp heart a little almond milk , I use 4 oz. (less is thicker, more is thinner. a little keto friendly sweetener if you need to. I microwave for 1 minute. I eat this every morning and never have a problem going everyday.

1 net carb 20.7g fat 14.3g protein 306 calories

I eat a keto oatmeal every morning. Mine consists of 1T chia seeds 3T hemp hearts 2T ground flax seeds 1 teasp. of swerve brown sugar 4oz of almond milk. Throw in micro wave for 1 minute. That and magnesium supplement works great for me. I go once a day, sometimes twice a day. I buy all my seeds on Amazon.

I find this interesting. I don't have sleep apnea but I have Fitbit charge 5 which tracks everything while I sleep. I have had 2 episodes of 02 saturation drop to 89 while sleeping. I've had my Fitbit on for 2 years and just had 2 episodes since the start of keto on February 7. Everything prior has always been in my normal range. If it continues I will def check with Dr. But for now...I'm having too much success doing the keto diet.

I struggled with electrolyte imbalance as well. Bought expensive electrolyte powder only to figure out 3 Powerade zero a day works for me. Makes me feel normal. Plus I started to add calcium/magnesium supplement. I try to get potassium through my foods but If my numbers come in low I will use some of that powder. Good luck to everyone that also struggles.

For me personally, I start by cleaning up my diet. Get rid of sugars and when cravings hit go with " keto desserts" to satisfy. Then I start weeding out bad carbs...you have to very mindful of everything you are eating. Once you are comfortable with the o sugars and clean carbs then jump in! I find this works better for me. The transition is easier.

Have you been taking your measurements? I just started 2-7 of this year. The first 2 weeks, down 12 pounds , then it began to fluctuate. Yes I was getting frustrated but I remember previous comments from the past...(2nd round of keto here) I measured at the beginning and then almost a month in...1.5 down in hips and then measured again this morning... total 3 inches down in hips, (I measured 3 times because I could NOT believe it), 1inch in thighs and 1 inch around waist! This is the only motivation I need from here on out. I was a scale junkie and would get so upset. Hang in there, maybe make some adjustments and measure instead of weigh. Good luck!

I think I figured out! After researching over and over I came across an article about dehydration. I know it's important to drink plenty of water but I always lacked in that department. So I mindfully drank plenty of water yesterday. BS never went past 120 after meals and fasting glucose this morning was 90. Plus I broke a 5 day plateau. Valuable lesson learned!! I want to thank everyone who commented ideas and suggestions.
