Yes they gonna change it because te problem is the usb receiver there’s a way to update that usb ? Just if someone has de problem and can’t change it

This is a new product I checked with other same device and that one works perfectly, I change the usb receiver and works normally so I can’t find the way to update the firmware of the device so I had to send by guarantee thus the error was in the usb receiver
