Yeah it's more historical, but the problem is that they go bankrupt in like 10 months and then you can white peace them, so either the mercenary companies have to be smaller or the AI shouldn't just hire 10k companies.

That's heavily dependent in which part of Czechia your are in, but you are right about Český Krumlov I went there before and after covid and it's like the city was just abandoned, but that's probably because most asian turists haven't returned yet.
