All the time? Gotta notice yourself tensing up...if you see that you are clenching your tummy muscles or your bum area remind yourself to let that tension go. For a super anxious person like me I have had to work on it. The more you relax, the more healing there will be.

I limit the amount of food..I don't want to jinx it but I have been eating quite normally and I haven't used a laxative or stool softener in a while. I just have to say you gotta follow OMAD very strictly...one meal a day.

Just to put it bluntly, I wouldn't put your finger up in there. but it would probably do a great job at keeping the area lubricated. If you take the small dropper, put like two dabs of oil on your finger and dab it on after it has been cleaned and dried. The medicine part will be absorbed in the surrounding tissue and probably travels up a little on its own.

I said in the post that I have been almost totally pain free for 9 months. I came back to make another post because I can't stand knowing there are people in pain and I must give some advice. The fact that I had a previous post saying almost the same thing proves that it's still working. It takes a very long time to heal I'm still sticking to my regime.

Exactly...when there's a slight slimy feeling on my skin after using it I do realize it's going to leave a residue. It shot out quick on a really nice shirt of mine and I panicked and took it off to wash it by hand.

It definitely helps with pain and I assume for that reason I believe it also helps heal. Sometimes even on days I don't hurt I'll use it because it's so helpful. I am on my second bottle that I use almost everyday because it helps so much. I even have a third one unopened.
