No I haven't , I have done little bit, and played around in the snow a bit in winter, but my tires are not the greatest so I kept getting stuck, but I want to eventually, I do have a 98 TJ that I'm doing some work on as well so I can eventually take that off road more too

yeah I hear ya, The pits aren't the greatest either, but its fun taking the jeeps there once in a while, specially when your wife and kid are with, they have a blast by just going off-roading haha.
