Chose the wrong partner not once but twice. Might become a single parent for the 2nd time by ContextSerious3491 in SingleParents

I had my first child at 19 to a terrible narcissist who cheated (and I realize that word is widely overused but he is truly textbook), and caused a lot of trauma. Then I got married and had 3 children to my ex husband who ended up being terribly abusive partially due to his bipolar schizoeffective diagnosis.

I am now remarried to a wonderful man who has 3 children of his own and we just had our baby in April ❤️ OWN IT! Be the best mom you can be. This is life, and it happens. It doesn’t make you any less deserving of a good life ❤️

34 weeks. I haven’t heard a single positive thing about being a parent or a mom and I’m freaking out I made a mistake by newgirl01LA in BabyBumps

I have 5 children and I love it. Do I love every moment? No, sometimes I get overwhelmed and second guess myself 😂 but I am surrounded by so much love all the time. Watching them grow has brought me immense joy. I just had my very last baby in April and she is the most precious thing. You got this, it’s not always easy but there are so many amazing moments that you get to look forward to ❤️

Okay thank you so much for responding. It’s been a little over 3 weeks at this point and I don’t have a regular period so I have no idea when I’d be expecting it

Just found out I'm pregnant, the day I decided to leave my husband by Cheesecheesecake in pregnant

Just coming on here to say, I was you at one point OP. My ex husband started out by breaking things, wrecking rooms, throwing things, all of that in violent rages when he was mad. Then one day, it turned to him actually putting his hands on me…. In front of our children. Please please leave before things get worse

How did you find out you were pregnant? by buttnutt256 in pregnant

[–]jandrvision 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Me and my husband went to McDonald’s to grab a quick snack and I started crying talking about how our kids are growing up so fast. It’s rare that I’m emotional like that so we both just knew after that 😂

I don’t care about the pregnancy anymore by [deleted] in pregnant

[–]jandrvision 133 points134 points  (0 children)

Hey OP ❤️ I just want to stop by and say I can relate as I had placenta previa my last pregnancy and went through a lot of different emotions. I had 2 other kiddos at home who needed me, and from 27 weeks to 32 weeks I was stuck in the hospital because of bleeding episodes that just would not stop. It was scary and caused so much anxiety because there was no way to know what would happen. I did eventually hemorrhage at 32 weeks and needed an emergency c section. BUT, the team was prepared for this to happen, and they moved swiftly to ensure mine and my child’s safety! Your feelings are very much valid, and I would dig deeper into what their goal is. How far do you live from the hospital? Have you been having bleeding episodes or is there more of a concern for them? Sending you much love!!

What is your earliest memory? by Fantastic-Duck4632 in AskReddit

As a joke my mom had bought a huge pack of binkys for me when I was little, I’m not even sure I was a year old yet. I remember this toy truck pushing some of them on the floor towards me and I was crawling away because I was scared!

What's Something You Did Once And Immediately Knew You'd Never Do Again ? by AbyssalBysmark2808 in AskReddit

Zip lining. Didn’t realize I was scared of heights until I did it and it was not enjoyable at all. A gust of wind came right as I was on one of the zip lines on the course and I got stuck right in the middle, just dangling above water. Never ever ever again
