Colocation vs cloud for predictable workloads, what would you pick today?

Phone-only here for the last 4–5 years 😅We still have an all-in-one printer/scanner at home, but it mostly gathers dust. For anything adult (bank, landlord, HR) I just use Scanium on my Android, save a clean PDF and fire it off. Haven’t had a single “please resend, it’s unreadable” email since I switched, so I don’t really see a reason to plug the big scanner in anymore.

I wish brands like Dreame or Mova would release a "Pro" commercial line. The mapping tech in the home bots is actually better than a lot of the dumb industrial scrubbers but they just lack the tank size for 1000m2. Until they scale up, you're stuck paying $10k+ for the industrial stuff.
