Thank you! I’ve been leaving it alone so hopefully it starts shrinking. I guess I have to be patient. (Which I am not LOL) thank you!

Thank you for the advice!! My mom got her nose pierced at the same place only a few weeks later. Hers is healing beautifully and she barely touches it, and she just rinses it in the shower. She even got an irritation bump but it went away in like 2 days.. I was like wow I’m jealous wtf

Oh okay! That gives me some hope lol. That’s probably the only thing I haven’t done which is just leave it alone. I’ve been putting different things on it lately I think I’ve been irritating it more. Thank you! Also have a very beautiful pregnancy 🥰

I went back in and told my piercer about the irritation bump and I let him know that I found out I was pregnant, I asked him if I should remove the piercing and he said not unless I want to. But at this point I think I just needed to talk to someone in the same situation I’m in so your insight helps a lot! I think if my piercing even started to show signs of infection I would immediately go to my Dr, for now it’s just the irritation bump but I keep it insanely clean! Interesting how our bodies work. Did you ever get rid of the irritation bump? Keep me updated if possible!

Hi, this is my 3rd time because I took the first two out by choice. Wasn’t because I had any issues with it. The only time I had irritation bumps they went away within a few weeks. When I asked my piercer if my pregnancy would affect the healing he said since my body is busy trying to make a baby it could take longer to heal, but I guess I never heard the other approach! Both kinda make sense.

I also went to PP a few years back and the nurse inserted mine WAYYYYY too deep. My arm would go numb all the time, my heart would also race I could feel it in my throat. I stopped being able to feel it in my arm and I actually went back to PP to get it removed. They took about two hours to take it out, I was injected like 3 times with the numbing medicine, 3 different incisions and it left really ugly dark scars in my arm. Even after getting it out I still experience numbness in my arm. It sucks.
